Sunil is a visual storyteller from Sydney, Australia. A graduate from the University of Sydney, his student short film “Elevation” - a black comedy screened at many film festivals - won awards and gave him a break into the industry.
He began his career as a professional director at the age of 21, directing or television promos for stations such as Foxtel and SBS.
Wanting to build a more international reel he began directing commercials outside of Australia at 25. Because of this, he has become very adept at working in difficult conditions, and knows how to get the best out of the cast and crew.
He has directed for clients such as Unilever, Motorola, Axis Bank, THP, Nokia; and has worked with nearly all the international agencies in Australia and Asia including Singleton, Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe, River Orchid & Saatchi & Saatchi.
His reputation for delivering excellent work is shown by the number of repeat clients who choose to use him because of his passion and enjoyment for the work.
